Is there a reason why producers can't permote someone who live down here.

The reason is for not having someone promote from down south is a question I tried to figure out a long time ago. So I left from down south to find my way out of the hopeless situation I was in. Life gives you opportunity and sometimes you have to take what life gives you or go get it yourself. To answer your question sometimes it's all about location, location, location.
